Custom Transformers and Magnetics

Most Beta transformers can be custom-designed to your configuration requirements. Our design engineers strive to optimize both electrical and mechanical requirements. In some cases they may submit alternative solutions to customer requirements, providing additional improvements for the customer`s finished product. From simple open-frame, varnished units to complicated hermetically sealed packages with demanding physical restraints, packaging configurations are virtually limitless to Beta.

In addition, our MIL-STD-1553 coupler cables are available in many ratios and styles. Beta can mount our surface mount transformers with other components onto boards. Using an automated surface mount assembler and convection reflow oven, we assemble components with pitches as small as 0.015" on center.
